100% Private by Design

Every password, username, and PIN is generated inside your browser. Nothing is transmitted to any server. Open DevTools → Network to confirm — zero requests when you click Generate.

What Is a Password Toolkit?

A password toolkit brings the tools you need to set up a new account into one place. Instead of navigating between separate pages, you generate a password, immediately see how strong it is, pick a username to go with it, and create a PIN if the service needs one — all without leaving the page.

Why Your Settings Are Saved

When you adjust the length slider or toggle character types, those preferences are saved to your browser's localStorage. The next time you visit, the generator starts with the settings you left it on. No account, no cookies, no syncing — just your browser remembering what you prefer.

How the Username Generator Works

The username suggestions combine random adjectives and nouns into three styles: capitalised handle (SwiftFox924), lowercase with separator (swift_fox), and stylised gaming format (x_SwiftFox_x). All are generated client-side and have no relationship to your password — they're simply convenient options to choose from.

Are These PINs Cryptographically Secure?

Yes. PINs are generated using crypto.getRandomValues(), the same API used for the password generator. Each digit is independently random and unpredictable. A 6-digit PIN has 1,000,000 possible combinations; an 8-digit PIN has 100 million — making brute-force attacks impractical against any system with lockout policies.
